🔌 Position: Generator Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hospital generators during power outages and routine testing

• Perform regular inspection, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of generators

• Maintain daily log sheets, including fuel consumption, running hours, and maintenance records

• Identify operational faults and coordinate with maintenance teams

• Ensure availability of fuel and proper functioning of generator control panels

• Respond promptly to emergency power requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Matric / DAE (Electrical or Mechanical)

• 1–2 years of experience in generator operation (hospital experience preferred)

• Basic knowledge of generator troubleshooting and electrical systems

• Ability to work in shifts and on-call duty

🧪 Position: Assistant Manager – Research & Development

(Urgent Hiring)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, implementation, and management of research studies with consultants and researchers

• Support ethical review processes and coordinate with the Institutional Review Board (IRB)

• Prepare, review, and maintain research protocols, progress reports, and data documentation

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and national/international research guidelines

• Coordinate research training sessions and awareness programs for staff and residents

• Liaise with academic and research collaborators

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in clinical or institutional research (healthcare experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of research methodologies, statistical analysis, and ethical guidelines

• Excellent communication, report writing, and project coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SPSS or similar software is a plus

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field
