Position Title โ Department: Assistant Manager Mechanical โ Facilities Management
Job Location: Dolmen Mall, Lahore
Qualifications & Preferences:
-
Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical Engineering OR D.A.E. (Mechanical) with relevant certifications
-
6โ8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems (malls/commercial facilities preferred)
-
Strong expertise in HVAC operations, maintenance & troubleshooting
-
Working knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, pumps & ventilation
-
Experience in preventive maintenance planning & vendor coordination
-
Proven leadership skills with the ability to perform in a 24/7 operational environment
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems for optimal cooling & air quality
-
Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance of mechanical systems
-
Supervise mechanical teams and ensure safety compliance
-
Coordinate with vendors, contractors & service providers
-
Monitor system performance, energy efficiency & breakdown reports
-
Support mall operations during peak hours, emergencies & seasonal demands
-
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety & environmental regulations
