IMARAT Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Legal & Corporate Governance to join our team in Islamabad.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support IMARAT Group’s real estate operations by managing legal documentation, conducting land due diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
  • Coordinate Board of Directors, Board Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Conduct property due diligence and manage legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support to the organization.

Requirements

  • Education: LLB (Hons)
  • Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company (MNC).
  • Strong expertise in legal drafting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
