Position: Assistant Manager โ IT Support
Shift: Night Shift
Coverage: 20 Branches (QSR Operations)
Pizza Hut is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager โ IT Support to provide night-shift functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple quick-service restaurant branches. This role is critical in ensuring smooth POS, delivery, inventory, and end-of-day (EOD) operations during peak business hours.
๐ง Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/Retail)

Support POS, KDS, MPOS, and delivery platform integrations

Ensure smooth order flow, promotions, inventory, and EOD closures
-
Handle night-shift incidents, outages, and escalations for 20 branches
-
Coordinate with operations, finance, and vendors for quick service restoration

Prepare night-shift reports and handover to day teams
๐ฏ Requirements:

4โ6 years of experience in QSR / Retail IT or ERP support
-
Strong knowledge of D365, POS systems, delivery & payment integrations

Experience supporting multi-branch & 24/7 operations

Bachelorโs degree in IT or related field

D365 / ITIL certification (preferred)
