Assistant Manager β Human Resources
Location: Islamabad
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing HR policies and procedures
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, and personnel records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in training & development programs
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle Payroll of clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
