Looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join HR team as Assistant Manager – HR Operations. This role focuses on end-to-end HR service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Payroll, Provident Fund, Compliance, and HR Reporting.
+ Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage payroll for 5,000+ employees with accuracy & compliance.
2- Oversee Provident Fund administration ensuring statutory compliance.
3- Handle employee records, policies, benefits, and HRIS management.
4- Deliver timely HR data, reports, and analytics for management.
5- Partner cross-functionally to improve HR processes & employee experience.
6- Ensure HR practices comply with policies & labor laws.
7-Support audits and implement HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 3-5 years’ experience in HR Operations, Payroll & PF Management.
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR / Business Administration.
– Strong Excel (8/10+) & analytical/reporting skills.
– Detail-oriented, problem solver, and excellent time manager.
