Requirements:
🎓 BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management
💼 5–10 years of proven HR experience (with 2–3 years in a similar position)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies ensuring compliance and effective communication
Collaborate with department heads to improve communication and employee engagement
Lead organizational development and talent pipeline initiatives
Drive learning, retention, and continuous improvement programs
Manage recruitment, leave, payroll shift schedules, and attendance
