Trojan Limited is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager HR to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support HR operations, employee documentation, and database management
Assist in policy implementation and performance reviews
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
💼 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
🗣 Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
💻 Strong proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 per month (based on experience)
