Looking for Assistant Manager HR
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Education: BBA/MBA in HR
Location: Karachi
Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, etc.).
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve efficiency.
HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS is up-to-date.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
• Support implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
• Handle employee confirmations, transfers, and separations.
• Prepare HR letters (employment, experience, salary, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in performance management and probation evaluations.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Employee Relations & Support:
• Address routine employee queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Promote positive workplace culture and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Support in disciplinary processes when required.
