Requirements:
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as HR Generalist
• Qualification: BBA/MBA-HR/ MHRM

Skills:
• Strong grip on all HR functions (Performance Management System, Payroll, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Grievances handling etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS excel, MS word and HRIS
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
