  • Position:ย Assistant Manager Customer Care

 

  • Qualifications:ย A Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education), preferably a BBA/MBA/master’s in Marketing.

 

  • Experience:ย At least 5-6 years of experience in customer care with a proven track record.

 

  • Skills:ย Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and excellent communication skills.
