Assistant Manager (CRP Cutting Planner)

📍 Location: Sialkot

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the garment manufacturing sector.

📌 Requirements:

• 4–6 years experience in garment cutting planning (woven unit preferred)
• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and production reporting

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage fabric cutting plans aligned with sewing production schedules
• Ensure timely fabric availability and verify shade, lot, shrinkage, and quality before cutting
• Attend weekly material follow-up meetings and provide updates on fabric readiness
• Monitor fabric availability vs planned consumption to ensure timely order closing
• Coordinate with QA/QC to reduce cutting defects and ensure buyer quality standards
• Work closely with procurement and production teams for timely fabric receipt and allocation
