  1. Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a self-motivated, competent and highly skilled individual as Assistant Manager Administration.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Assist staff, Managers/Senior Management as needed.

– Prepare and deliver different reports.

– Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments.

– Maintains/Update digital and physical records.

– Liaison with all departments.

– Receive and resolve employee queries.

 

Must-Have:

Qualification: Bachelor/Masters or associate’s degree in business management or related field.

Experience: Four to Five years of relevant experience in well-known Sector/Company.

Skills:

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Experience with administrative software, such as Microsoft Office, including Excel.

– Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.

 

Location: Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd Industrial Triangle Model Town Humak-Islamabad.
