Hico Ice Cream is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Plant Administration to lead our Plant’s administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and government departments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day plant administrative operations and support staff
Oversee facility management, Labor Mgt, housekeeping, and Plant mess
Handle security, gate operations, and transport management
Coordinate with government departments and ensure full compliance

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
7 to 8 years of experience in a Plant based environment (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
