Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of lighting and electrical products by developing markets, expanding distribution channels, managing key accounts, and leading the regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Lahore region
• Expand and manage distributor and dealer networks
• Lead, guide, and monitor sales team performance
• Achieve sales targets and ensure market visibility
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in electrical or lighting product sales
• Strong expertise in channel development and team management
• Ability to independently manage regional markets
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
