Kawsar Engineering Pvt Ltd is a growing leader in the plastic manufacturing sector, known for innovation, quality, and operational excellence. As we expand, we are looking for dynamic Area Sales Managers to drive sales, expand market share, and strengthen our brand presence across KPK.

Positions Available: 4

1. Hazara Division

2. Malakand Division

3. Peshawar Division

4. South KPK

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and implement area-specific sales strategies.

• Client & Distributor Management: Manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts; negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure timely collections.

• Market Expansion & Brand Promotion: Promote plastic products (pipes, sheets, containers, packaging materials) and represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events.

• Team & Reporting: Supervise sales representatives, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Polymer Engineering preferred).

• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in plastics, packaging, or industrial products.

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing new markets.

• Strong professional network within the plastics or industrial manufacturing sector.
