About Us:
Synergistic Financial Advisors (SFA) provides corporate finance advisory services in Pakistan and international markets, with a primary focus on the GCC region. We offer analytical support to renowned Advisory and Private Equity firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Position Overview:
SFA is seeking an Analyst to support senior executives in providing financial advisory services to clients in KSA. The Analyst will ensure that all relevant information is efficiently gathered, analyzed, and presented in a clear, actionable manner. The role involves both primary and secondary research, financial modeling, and delivering recommendations aligned with client objectives and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary and secondary research on KSA markets.
Identify creative and effective methods to gather missing information.
Conduct field or desk-based research, including supply-demand analysis, macroeconomic trends, and country-specific economic data.
Compile research into structured reports using appropriate and visually appealing methodologies.
Assist in developing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative findings.
Contribute research data to the SFA database.
Gather, analyze, and interpret complex numerical information; assess and predict financial risks and returns.
Develop financial models and draft investor/investment documents.
Monitor market conditions and emerging opportunities in relevant sectors.
Maintain updated information on industry, competition, and peer companies. Review and provide input on research reports.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA, ACCA, MBA – Finance) or CFA/CFA candidate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Research Firms, or Corporate Finance Advisory.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
Competent in data research, analysis, and interpretation.
Enthusiastic team player, comfortable managing multi-disciplinary projects.
