AMZ One Step is looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant (CSM Support) to handle day-to-day Seller Central tasks, manage creatives, and support account growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Upload and manage Amazon creatives (Images, A+ Content, Videos, Brand Story, Storefront)
โข Set up and manage A/B tests and document results
โข Troubleshoot Seller Central upload and compliance issues
โข Maintain tracking sheets and prepare weekly performance reports
โข Handle ad-hoc tasks and coordinate with design, photography & video teams
Requirements:
โข 2+ years of recent Amazon Seller Central experience
โข Strong understanding of listings, creatives, and experiments
โข Proficient in Google Sheets & ClickUp
โข Great English communication skills
