Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, a pioneer in specialized eye care and a leader in healthcare services in Pakistan, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resource Manager to support operational excellence.
Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Human Resource Manager will ensure that the HR strategies are aligned with the hospitalβs mission of delivering quality eye care to all. This role will oversee HR operations, employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management to support both organizational excellence and patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital and the objectives of Al-Shifa Trust.
β’ Drive effective workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels for clinical and non-clinical roles.
β’ Lead performance management and succession planning & strengthen employee engagement and staff well-being.
β’ Ensure HR compliance with healthcare laws and hospital accreditation standards.
β’ Coach and guide the management in building effective teams and fostering a positive organizational culture.
β’ Introduce HR process improvements, including digital solutions for efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
β’ Education: Masterβs degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Bachelorβs with strong HR leadership experience may also be considered).
β’ Experience: 7β10 years of progressive HR leadership

Preference: At least 3 years out of the total experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
β’ Proven expertise in HR compliance and employee management.
Salary:
The financial remuneration shall be market competitive for this senior-level post. Additional perks and benefits shall also be provided subject to hospital policy.
