Salary: PKR 30,000 – 150,000 (Based on Experience)
FortDice is looking for a skilled AI/LLM Developer who can build and deploy real-world AI solutions, not just demos. You’ll work on production-ready LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and scalable AI systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and deploy LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
Build retrieval systems using embeddings, hybrid search, and vector databases.
Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs.
Develop evaluation pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and AI guardrails.
Optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong Python, FastAPI, and REST API development skills.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs.
Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or Qdrant.
Familiarity with AI agents, function calling, and structured outputs.
Strong problem-solving and English communication skills.
EXPERIENCE
2–3+ years preferred. Freshers with strong AI/LLM projects and practical skills are encouraged to apply.
NICE TO HAVE
LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, CI/CD, fine-tuning, LoRA, LangSmith, Langfuse, and MLOps.
