Finalysiz is on the lookout for a multi-talented Creative & Brand Associate / Real Estate Admin to support our UAE-based operations from our Lahore office.
๐ผ Key Responsibilities
๐๏ธ Real Estate Administration
Manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.
Handle DLD, Trakheesi forms, and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date property and broker records.
Liaise with buyers, sellers & developers on behalf of our UAE team.
Assist with daily operations and brokerage scheduling.
๐จ Creative & Brand Management
Design impactful brochures, presentations, and brand assets.
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity.
Propose and implement fresh creative ideas for brand visibility.
Ensure all designs meet brand standards and business goals.
๐ฑ Social Media & Marketing
Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & more.
Create engaging content: write captions, design posts, plan stories.
Develop content calendars and track performance metrics.
Drive brand awareness and generate leads through creative campaigns.
๐ Research & Business Support
Conduct market and competitor analysis for UAE real estate.
Assist CEO with reports, research, and investor/client presentations.
Help create compelling investor decks and business proposals.

What Weโre Looking For
– 2โ3 years of experience in real estate admin, branding, or digital marketing.
– UAE real estate experience is a plus.
– Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools).
– Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
– Social media savvy with a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Self-starter, creative thinker, and team player.
