Position: Admin Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams

  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all hospital areas

  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and overall facility upkeep

  • Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance

  • Manage inventory of housekeeping and administrative supplies

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of administrative experience (hospital experience preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
