Position: Admin Officer
Lady Dufferin Hospital is seeking a competent, responsible, and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support and oversee daily administrative and facility operations of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support day-to-day hospital administrative operations
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Assist in procurement processes, record management, and facility-related tasks
Ensure effective communication, timely reporting, and follow-ups between departments
Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
2β4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospital or healthcare administration
Prior experience managing housekeeping or facility operations will be an added advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
