About the Role

Haji Sons Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle.
• Process, verify, and record vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments while maintaining payment schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Record and monitor company expenses across departments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling high-volume vendor transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with inventory-based businesses or project accounting is an added advantage.
