🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure Java applications to meet business and application requirements.
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using JasperReports.
Build scalable, high-quality Java applications and integrate reporting modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
Support application deployment, build management, and release activities.
🔹 Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience in Java Development.
Strong experience with JasperReports (Mandatory).
Experience with Design & Build Enablement.
Knowledge of Build Management and Configuration & Release Management.
Strong understanding of Java application development, debugging, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
