𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 80,000 to 120,000
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Handle AP/AR and invoicing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Analysis.
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR, Invoicing & Financial Reporting.
• Experience using Claude AI and ChatGPT to improve productivity and efficiency.
