We’re looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to join our growing Design & Digital Agency at AzumaSoft.
We need someone who knows how to find the right prospects, initiate conversations, build sales pipelines, and turn cold outreach into qualified business meetings.
📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite Only)
🕗 Shift Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)
🏢 Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
B2B lead generation and prospect research
Cold email and LinkedIn outreach
Appointment setting with qualified decision-makers
Sales pipeline and CRM management
Follow-ups and lead nurturing
Tracking outreach performance and conversions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and appointment setting
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools
Experience managing CRM and sales pipelines
Excellent English communication skills
Previous experience with design, branding, web development, or digital agencies is a strong plus
