Job Description:
MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a sister concern of IZHAR Construction Company Pvt. Ltd., is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager (Mechanical) to oversee mechanical construction activities and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, piping, plumbing, and other mechanical installations.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Manage project documentation, contractors, and vendors.
Identify and resolve construction delays, technical challenges, and operational issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, technical drawings, and contracts.
Knowledge of building codes, project scheduling, and safety practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
