Position: Civil Engineer🎓
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 8 years Minimum

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, including grading, drainage, and stormwater management.
*Manage and supervise a team of five civil engineering professionals.
*Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM tools.
*Oversee project management, including budgeting, cost estimation, scheduling, and quality control.
*Ensure compliance with IBC, ICC codes, and applicable building regulations.
*Supervise construction activities to ensure progress, safety, and specification compliance.
*Review grading and drainage plans for site stability and effective stormwater management.
*Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
*Prepare and submit building permit plans and regulatory documentation.
*Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering challenges, and improve project outcomes.
*Utilize MS Office and engineering software for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
