🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise sales operations across multiple retail outlets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, KPIs, and business growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch managers and sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure effective inventory management and product availability.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Build strong relationships with customers, business partners, and local stakeholders.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cellphone retail, telecom, or consumer electronics.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales planning, and market development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Candidates based in Jhang or with strong knowledge of the Jhang market will be preferred.
