Golden Pearl Cosmetics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead its Skin Care Range sales operations in Lahore.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
✅ Develop and execute channel-wise sales strategies.
✅ Manage distributors, sales teams, and distribution infrastructure.
✅ Monitor sales performance, trade assets, and credit management.
✅ Identify market opportunities and strengthen brand positioning.
✅ Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
✅ Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
✅ Ensure proper warehouse management, including FIFO, pallet stacking, and cleanliness.

🎓 Education: Master’s degree preferred.
💼 Experience: 5 years as an Area Sales Manager preferred.
📌 Requirements: FMCG or cosmetics industry experience, strong market knowledge, distribution handling, and primary & secondary sales management expertise.
