Crew Trainer

Job Summary:
The Crew Trainer will be responsible for training and developing restaurant crew members to ensure they understand and consistently follow company standards, operational procedures, food preparation processes, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations. The role will support the onboarding of new employees, conduct station and menu training, evaluate crew performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training records. The Crew Trainer will work closely with restaurant management and the Area Training Coordinator to ensure training requirements are completed effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
:Orient new crew members on restaurant uniform, attendance, and safety policies.
Explain the features and functions of each station, including the kitchen, drive-through, order and payment counters, and dining area.
Demonstrate the preparation of new menu items.
Evaluate crew member performance and provide constructive feedback.
Explain the principles and reasons behind restaurant policies, procedures, brand standards, and menu items.
Maintain accurate records of all training sessions conducted.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Support the implementation of training and development activities across restaurants as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of experience in a QSR environment in the same or a similar role
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Good command of written and verbal English and Urdu
