Position: Customer Representative Officer (CRO) –
 Location: Head Office – Charcoal (Pvt.) Ltd.
Near Pak Arab Society, Ferozpur Road, Lahore .
Timing: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat & social media).
Assist with orders & product information.
Track orders & provide delivery updates.
Process returns, exchanges & refunds.
Resolve complaints & ensure customer satisfaction.
Guide customers on product availability, sizing, promotions & website navigation.
Coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure policy and service compliance.
Build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:
6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in the fashion industry.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong customer service & problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (advantage).
