HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join our team for residential and commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates
Prepare and evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations
Monitor project costs, budgets and variations
Prepare interim payment certificates and bills
Verify quantities and measurements at site
Handle variations, rate analysis and cost control
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants and contractors
Review drawings and specifications to identify scope and quantity requirements
Maintain proper documentation of project costs and commercial records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fit-out/interior projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis and billing
Good understanding of civil, architectural, MEP and interior fit-out works
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams
