Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Capital Division to join our team and lead key HR functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for Head Office, Retail, and other business functions.
- Manage HR operations, onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
- Oversee performance management, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Manage compensation, benefits, leave, and employee welfare programs.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Lead and develop the HR team while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Retail, Fashion, or Footwear.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of MS Office and HR systems.
Experience
7–10 years of relevant HR experience.
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
