Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

📍 Location: Gulberg, Lahore — On-Site

🕘 Night Shift | 8 PM – 5 AM (Mon–Fri)

💰Basic Salary: PKR 100,000 – 110,000 + Commission

✅ Responsibilities:
*Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
*Conduct outbound prospecting and generate qualified leads
*Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and requirements
*Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
*Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups
*Consistently follow up with prospects and work toward lead-generation targets
*Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong English fluency and professional communication
*Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
*Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
*Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
*Good time-management and organizational skills
*Previous experience in SDR, B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, *Lead Generation, or Business Development is preferred
