🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop & manage distributors, dealers & retailers
* Achieve sales targets
* Expand market presence in assigned territory
* Maintain strong customer relationships
* Submit regular sales reports

🔹 Requirements:
* 4–5 years sales experience in FMCG (same level preferred)
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Target-oriented & self-driven
* Minimum bachelor’s degree
* Willing to work in field
