🕕 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🌙 Night Shift: Willingness to work night shift is required

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
• Coordinate smooth employee onboarding and induction.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with management and departments regarding hiring and HR requirements.
• Support HR initiatives, events, and other assigned activities.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, or HR Operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing and comfortable working the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
