IMARAT is looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Mall Operations Team.

Position: Mall Operations Officer
📍 Location: Amazon Outlet Mall, Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day mall operations and facilities coordination
• Monitor operational standards, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience
• Coordinate with vendors, tenants, security, and maintenance teams
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support the implementation of mall policies, SOPs, and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Customer-focused approach
✔️ Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
✔️ Must have relevant experience in mall, facility, hospitality, or operations management will be preferred only.
