Mohsin Saeed Fabrics โ The Lifestyle Store is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post general journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations.
- Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation.
- Maintain proper records for all financial transactions.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
- Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
- ACCA qualified preferred; MBA/M.Com (Finance) candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- 2โ3 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in reconciliations and general entries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
