π Location: Pakistan β Remote
Macrosoft Pakistan is looking for an experienced Senior / Principal Process Engineer to drive enterprise-level process transformation, optimization, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Assess end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
β’ Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, and Process Mining initiatives.
β’ Redesign and automate processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Delivery, Campaign Management, and Revenue Operations.
β’ Develop current-state/future-state process maps and scalable operating models.
β’ Define automation and integration requirements across Salesforce, Marketing Automation, BPM/workflow platforms, Power Automate, and enterprise systems.
β’ Build automation roadmaps based on business value and measurable ROI.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
Required Experience
β Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; minimum Green Belt with significant enterprise transformation experience.
β Strong expertise in BPR, Lean, Value Stream Mapping & Process Mining.
β Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, Marketing Automation, workflow orchestration, BPM & Power Automate.
β Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and design automation-driven solutions.
β Experience developing future-state operating models and ROI business cases.
β Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and executive communication skills.
