10–15 years
🎯 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience as a Pakistani/Banquet Chef in a reputable hotel or resort.
- Expertise in authentic Pakistani cuisine and large-scale banquet menu planning.
- Hands-on experience in high-volume banqueting and outdoor events.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
🔪 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare authentic Pakistani dishes for banquets, events, and à la carte.
- Ensure excellent taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations during large banquets and events.
- Maintain food quality, cost control, and kitchen hygiene.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
