Qualification
- Minimum BBA/MBA (HR) from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR).
- Ability to handle routine OD & HR functions.
- Experience assisting the Head of Department (HOD) in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite, SAP, FlowHCM, and other relevant HR software.
