Radiant Medical (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Engineer – Building Construction to lead and manage building construction projects from planning through successful completion.
#Key_Responsibilities:
✔ Plan, supervise, and manage all building construction activities from project initiation through successful completion.
✔ Ensure all construction work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
✔ Demonstrate strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, architectural works, and interior and exterior finishing works, ensuring proper coordination and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
✔ Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays or potential risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
✔ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors to ensure timely procurement, delivery of materials, and execution of construction activities.
✔ Review and evaluate vendor quotations, technical proposals, and recommend suitable suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and project requirements.
✔ Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, progress reports, cost estimates, and management reports.
✔ Monitor project budgets, control construction costs, and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality or project objectives.
✔ Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, approvals, inspection reports, variation orders, and other construction-related documents.
✔ Attend project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to review project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
✔ Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, engineering standards, and company policies throughout project execution.
✔ Verify construction work at every critical stage and maintain quality control checkpoints to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
#Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
✔ Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration will be preferred.
✔ A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
✔ Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
✔ Proven experience in managing commercial, residential, healthcare, or industrial construction projects.
✔ Hands-on experience in MEP coordination, architectural works, finishing works, and vendor management.
