🚨 We’re Hiring | Ammonia Technician
📍 Location: Lahore
Gourmet Pakistan is looking for an experienced Ammonia Technician to join our Ice Cream Department. If you have expertise in ammonia refrigeration systems and are passionate about maintaining industrial cooling equipment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor ammonia refrigeration systems to maintain required cold storage temperatures.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ammonia screw compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient system performance.
- Ensure safe operation of ammonia equipment and respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance and operational records.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
- DAE (Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems, preferably in cold storage or food manufacturing facilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Good understanding of industrial safety practices.
