Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university
• Minimum 1 year as Branch Manager or 5 years relevant banking experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service experience
• Drive and achieve branch profitability
• Facilitate cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services
• Maintain a high-quality portfolio to minimize potential losses
• Develop new business relationships and deepen existing customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements
