🚀 We’re Hiring: Territory Manager
📍 Location: Head Office – Lahore
Join Fuelers Pvt. Ltd. and become part of a dynamic team driving growth in Pakistan’s oil marketing industry. We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and experienced Territory Manager to lead sales operations and expand our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail development and sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new retail sites and business opportunities.
- Manage sales performance of commissioned sites while ensuring safety and customer service standards.
- Conduct comprehensive market surveys to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to introduce new sales channels and product offerings.
- Ensure smooth order execution and operational efficiency.
- Manage demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in the Oil Marketing Company (OMC) industry.
- Strong understanding of retail sales and territory management.
