Position: Assistant Manager – R&D

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D for chillers and display units
• Design and test compressors and heat exchangers
• Take products from concept to production
• Ensure QA, ISO, and PESSI compliance
• Optimize cost and energy efficiency

Requirements

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC (MSc preferred)
• 4–6 years of commercial refrigeration R&D experience

• Experience with:
  • SolidWorks
  • Thermal simulation
  • COP/EER calculations
  • Refrigerant handling

• Based in Lahore/Kahna Nau
