Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
  • Perform bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review sales tax, withholding tax, and income tax returns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital.
  • Analyze financial data and recommend process improvements.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff.
  • Support ERP/SAP-related accounting activities.

Requirements

  • Degree/professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (e.g., CA Finalist, ACCA, ACMA, M.Com, or equivalent).
  • 6โ€“8 years of Accounts & Finance experience, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Experience with ERP/SAP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
  • Good understanding of AP, AR, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
