Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, attendance management, and HR documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
